Chocolate lily

Tufted perennial herb with tubers at the end of roots. Narrow, flat, slightly channeled leaves 10-60cm x 1-10mm. Deep pink to mauve fragrant flowers on erect branched stems. Anthers purple with bright yellow appendages. Plants die down to rootstock in summer. Plant in groups in small gardens, rockers and containers. Grows well under trees, chocolate fragrance is very obvious
