Slender Speedwell

Slender perennial herb spreading by underground rhizomes, flowering stems erect. Short fine rigid hairs on stems. Pairs of narrow lance shaped leaves 1-3cm x 1.5-9mm tip tapering, margins entrie or with few pointed teeth. Pale blue flowers with darker veins, open clusters of 1-6 cup shaped in upper leaf axils. Capsule glossy with few fine erect hairs near tip.
