Swamp Buttercup

Perennial herb rooting at nodes. Tufts of round basal leaves 1-5cm wide. Stalks to 15cm long. 1-3 flowers to 15mm wide, 5-7 narrowly oval petals on erect flowering stalk held above leaves. Fruit a round head, warty, beak on each fruit slender and reflexed under at the tip.
